Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
