Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams to update and revise schedules.
Analyze project data to assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Ensure schedule adherence with project scope, cost, and quality standards.
Collaborate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in oil & gas, construction, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
