A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred Minimum 9 years' experience in planning and scheduling for power transmission projects Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) Solid understanding of transmission line engineering, substation design, and grid integration Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams in consulting environments Experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management is a plus
