Planning Engineer with Interior Design/Fitout Experience. UAE RESIDENCE ONLY Avilable for Immediate Hiring. Position Overview Develop and establish the project schedule, monitor and control the project progress to ensure the adherence to project schedule. Responsibilities: Prepare Baseline Programmes using Primavera P6 software. Compilation of Correspondences, Drawings, and other Contemporaneous records with coordination of Management and site team to prepare and negotiate Extension of time (EOT) claims. Assign resources and cost for timely completion of the project. Generate monthly Cash flow projections and resources histograms. Updating programs and preparation of reports (weekly/monthly). Assist Management and site team and guide them in tracking the project against its baseline schedule. Identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest/provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays. Assist the Management to advise recovery plans of off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities. Participate in project progress meetings at the site. Assisting project Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in responding to Client's notices by proving programming data feedback. Assessment of Subcontractor's Extension of Time claims. Requirements Engineering degree or equivalent Experience in Interior FitOut More than 3 years as Planning Engineer Skills & Abilities Excellent abilities in Primavera and MS Project.
