Planning Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPrimavera P6
,baseline scheduling
, andproject control
for large-scaleinfrastructure projects
across the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update detailed
project schedules
andbaseline programs
usingPrimavera P6
. Coordinate with the project management and site teams to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones. Conduct regularprogress monitoring
, identify critical paths, and propose mitigation plans for delays. Prepare and presentweekly/monthly progress reports
,S-curves
, andcash flow forecasts
. Analyze schedule deviations, assess impacts, and recommend recovery actions to meet project objectives. Participate inproject planning meetings
, providing insights on timelines, resource allocation, and productivity. Ensure all planning and scheduling deliverables meet client and company standards.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
(mandatory). Minimum5 years of experience
in the UAE as aPlanning Engineer
withininfrastructure, roads, or utilities projects
. Strong proficiency inPrimavera P6
andMS Excel
. In-depth understanding ofproject control principles
,EOT analysis
, andprogress reporting
. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.Interested candidates
