Role Overview:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and controlling project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and supporting timely project delivery for construction and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using

Primavera P6

and/or

Microsoft Project

. Monitor progress against approved schedules and report variances or delays. Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and impacts on timelines. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather accurate planning data. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients. Support resource planning, sequencing, and allocation to optimize efficiency. Ensure planning deliverables meet project specifications and company standards. Contribute to the improvement of planning processes and tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

. Minimum

5 years of recent UAE experience

as a Planning Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

and

Microsoft Project

is essential. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Available for

full-time, site-based work in Dubai

.

UAE driving license

is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
