Key Responsibilities
Project Scheduling
Prepare baseline programs using software likePrimavera P6
orMS Project
Break down project scope into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) Define sequences and interdependencies (fabrication ? delivery ? installation)Material Planning
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of aluminium profiles, glass panels, accessories, and hardware Forecast material requirements based on project schedule and site conditionsShop Drawing & Technical Submittals Coordination
Liaise with design team for timely submission and approval of shop drawings Plan lead times for approvals and revisionsProgress Monitoring & Reporting
Update schedule regularly GenerateS-curves
, histograms, and lookahead schedules Compare actual progress with planned usingEarned Value Management (EVM)
Resource Planning
Estimate manpower needs for fabrication and installation Align labor availability with site requirementsInterface with Site Team
Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, and QA/QC to ensure timely execution Monitor subcontractors' performanceRisk Management
Identify potential delays (e.g., design hold-ups, material shortages) Propose mitigation strategies.Job Type: Full-time
