About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Planning Engineer

with proven experience in facade, aluminum, or steel structural projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

3-8 years of relevant experience

and will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of projects in line with contractual requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6) or MS Project. Prepare project planning documents, baseline programs, and recovery plans in alignment with project requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies. Analyze resource allocation, manpower requirements, and material delivery schedules to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in preparing extension-of-time (EOT) claims and delay analysis reports when required. Ensure compliance with client specifications, project contracts, and company standards. Participate in project review meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum

3-8 years of experience

as a Planning Engineer in facade, aluminum, or steel structural projects in the UAE. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

and/or

MS Project

. Strong understanding of project planning principles, resource management, and delay analysis. Knowledge of facade, aluminum, and steel structural systems and installation methodologies. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
