We are looking for a
Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor
with proven experience inAluminum and Facade systems
to join our team inDubai
. The successful candidate will be responsible forproject planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
for facade and aluminum works. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate effectively across design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports
for aluminum and facade projects. Conductquantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
in line with project specifications. Assist intendering
, including pricing, cost analysis, and technical submissions. Monitor and update project progress usingPrimavera or MS Project
. Coordinate withdesign, procurement, and site execution teams
to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets. Review and evaluatesubcontractor quotations, progress claims, and variations
. Preparecost control reports, forecasts, and progress claims
for client and management review. Support project control functions such asbudgeting, cash flow planning, and performance tracking
. Identify potentialdelays, cost overruns, and risks
, recommending proactive corrective measures.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.3-6 years of relevant experience
in Aluminum & Facade projects within theUAE
. Strong understanding offacade systems
, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing. Proficient inPrimavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
. Excellentanalytical, communication, and negotiation
skills. Familiarity withUAE market rates, suppliers, and local regulations
preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
