Job Description

1. Project Planning & Scheduling:

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and set project milestones. Allocate resources and estimate task durations for construction activities.
2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress and update schedules regularly. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders. Identify delays, critical paths, and deviations from the baseline schedule.
3. Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams. Attend project meetings and provide updates on scheduling and risks. Ensure subcontractors align with the overall project timeline.
4. Risk Management & Troubleshooting:

Identify potential project delays and risks. Propose mitigation plans and corrective actions to keep the project on track. Support in claim management and Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
5. Cost & Resource Management:

Monitor budget allocations and forecast resource requirements. Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to prevent cost overruns. Assist in project cash flow analysis and cost control measures.
6. Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain proper records of project schedules, approvals, and variations. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and quality standards. Support in preparing project handover documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction project planning. Software Proficiency: Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and project management principles. Expertise in critical path method (CPM) scheduling. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
