Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
Track and monitor progress of marine civil works such as quay walls, jetties, and pile foundations.
Analyze critical paths, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare delay analysis and EOT claims as per contract requirements.
Coordinate with site execution, engineering, and procurement teams.
Attend project review meetings with Qatar Energy and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy project planning and reporting procedures.
Provide regular updates to project management and client representatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
5-7 years of planning experience in marine civil construction projects.
Must have hands-on experience in Qatar Energy projects or similar oil & gas marine area
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of construction sequences, resource planning, and cost loading.
Knowledge of Qatar local construction regulations and marine working conditions.
Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and ready to join immediately.
Preferred:
UPDA/MMUP certified.
Experience in Qatar port infrastructure or oil & gas marine terminals.
Knowledge of contract administration and claims preparation.
