Job Description

We are seeking to hire a highly skilled

Planning Engineer (CIVIL)

with proven experience in construction projects within the UAE (minimum

3 - 5 years

).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules. Monitor the progress of construction activities and ensure alignment with the approved baseline schedule. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-Curves, and Cash Flow projections. Analyze delays, identify critical issues, and propose corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate planning and smooth project execution. Assist in preparing claims, extension of time submissions, and delay analyses. Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience in the UAE

within the construction/contracting sector. Good knowledge of project planning standards and methodologies in the UAE market. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate outputs on time.
