Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed
project schedules (Baseline & Revised)
using
Primavera P6
or
MS Project
.
Prepare
weekly and monthly progress reports
, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays with mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to support decision-making.
Prepare and track
resource histograms
,
cash flow forecasts
, and
S-curves
.
Analyze critical paths, float, and conduct delay impact analysis (Time Impact Analysis).
Support in
EOT claims
,
variations
, and
project extension documentation
.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, municipality requirements, and authority approvals.
Manage planning aspects of
multiple villa units/projects
simultaneously.
Key Skills & Competencies
:
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices
, municipality regulations, and approval processes.
Proven experience in
villa construction projects
(luxury, mid-range, or mass housing).
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
, MS Project, and Excel.
Knowledge of
project management tools
and techniques (earned value, critical path method, etc.)
Good understanding of
civil drawings, BOQs
, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
