Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled
Planning Engineer
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely and efficient delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
and/or
MS Project
.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to align schedules.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
Analyze schedule impacts of changes and variations.
Assist in resource and cost loading for baseline schedules.
Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
,
MS Project
, and
Excel
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
