Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor
to join our Aluminum & Facade division in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation for facade and aluminum works. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for all facade and aluminum-related activities.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Assist in tender preparation, pricing, cost analysis, and technical/commercial evaluations.
Monitor and update project progress using planning tools such as
Primavera P6
or
MS Project
.
Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and site execution teams to ensure alignment at every project stage.
Review and assess subcontractor quotations, progress certificates, and variation claims.
Prepare cost reports, progress claims, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for management and client submissions.
Support project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and risk assessment.
Identify potential delays, risks, or cost overruns and recommend effective corrective actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Quantity Surveying
, or a related discipline.
3-6 years of experience
in Aluminum & Facade projects within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and facade systems.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
,
MS Project
,
AutoCAD
, and
MS Office Suite
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid UAE market experience and familiarity with local pricing.
Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
