Position Overview
We are seeking a
detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor
to join our
Aluminum & Facade Division
in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs
for facade and aluminum systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and effective coordination skills to ensure that projects are executed
on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage
project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking reports
for facade and aluminum works.
Conduct
detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
.
Assist in
tender preparation, pricing, and cost comparison analysis
.
Monitor and update project progress using
Primavera P6 or MS Project
.
Coordinate closely with
design, procurement, and site execution teams
to maintain workflow alignment.
Review and evaluate
subcontractor quotations, progress certifications, and variation claims
.
Prepare
cost reports, progress claims, forecasts, and cash flow projections
for management and client review.
Support overall
project control functions
including budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Identify potential
delays, risks, or cost overruns
and recommend corrective measures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience
in aluminum and facade projects within the
UAE
.
Strong understanding of
curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and facade systems
.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite
.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and negotiation
skills.
UAE experience
and familiarity with
local market pricing
preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License
is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
