to join our Aluminum & Facade division. The role involves project scheduling, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs for facade and aluminum scope. The ideal candidate will combine technical capability with commercial awareness and strong coordination skills to support timely and budget-compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports for facade and aluminum works.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare BOQs.
Assist in tendering, pricing, and comparative cost analysis.
Track and update project progress using Primavera or MS Project.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams for project alignment.
Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations, certifications, and variation claims.
Prepare cost reports, progress claims, and financial forecasts for client and management.
Support project controls including budgeting, cash flow, and performance tracking.
Identify risks of delays or cost overruns and recommend mitigation measures.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
3-6 years of UAE experience in Aluminum & Facade projects.
Strong understanding of facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
Proficient in Primavera / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with UAE market pricing and commercial practices preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
