Job Position - Planning Engineer

Experience: 15+ years
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in building construction projects.
- Must have prior experience working with Engineering Consultancy in the UAE
- Must be currently available in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
-Review and validate project baselines to ensure alignment with contract requirements and realistic timelines
-Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
-Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate timelines.
-Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments.
-Optimize resource allocation and manpower usage.
-Prepare reports and presentations for clients on milestones, progress, and challenges.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies & project life cycles.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
