Job Description
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Prepare and maintain
project master schedules
using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Develop detailedwork breakdown structures (WBS)
and activity sequencing for fit-out projects. Monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hocprogress reports
for management and clients. Assist inresource planning
, ensuring availability of manpower, materials, and equipment.Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to ensure alignment of schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to track deliveries, installation schedules, and dependencies. Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, risks, and schedule updates.
Documentation & Analysis:
Maintain and update project records, including schedules, progress charts, and site diaries. Conduct
critical path analysis
and identify potential risks impacting timelines. Assist in project close-out documentation, including as-built schedules and lessons learned.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
