Planning Engineer
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Updating the Engineering and procurement in detailed activity wise. Providing Programmes for subcontract scope of works Billing progress % Invoices for Subcontractors Progress monitoring Planning Reports Forecast of material and resources Involving in Planning related documentation works as required. Upcoming RFQs / Change Orders Subcontractor Earned Value reporting from Cost loaded schedule. Re-sequence of activities as per Updates in Primavera P6 in discussion with construction and engineering departments Fixing out of Sequence activities Daily report update compliance as per programme update KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience within design and engineering Industry. Experience in Hospitality/ Building project is a must. Well experience in proper sequencing and coordination of construction projects Proficient in Primavera 6 software Proficiency in MS Office. EDUCATION AND TRAINING Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
