The Role

We are looking for experienced Project Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in the planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management of Oil & Gas and EPC projects--ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Track progress, highlight delays, and propose recovery plans. Maintain PMS updates and coordinate weekly reporting to clients. Monitor project budgets, prepare cost reports, and manage forecasts. Prepare and evaluate payment certificates and ensure cash flow. Perform risk assessments and apply Earned Value Management (EVM). Support tendering process, bid proposals, and pre-qualifications.



Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field 8-12 years of experience in planning & control in Oil & Gas in UAE Experience with ADNOC projects preferred Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control tools Strong understanding of project management methodologies, EVM, and KPIs Certifications like PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, CCP, PSP are a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Send your CV Recruitment@almashreqgroup.com Mention JOB ID PPCE-DXB-001in the subject line
