Design & Build Project \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial Project

The challenging aspects come from design interfaces, a demanding client, multiple stakeholder, protecting claims & EOT\xe2\x80\x99s, access & passes on site.

Reporting directly into the Senior Planner based on site. With a 14 Month program and a 500 Million AED spend. This has LEAN design and includes elements of structural steel, pre cast concrete, modular pods , utilities diversions & significant earthworks in a tight logistical PLOT.

You will be the no2 planner on site and will be expected to manage and assist on the program. Taking direct responsibility for the structural works on site (RC).

What we expect :

Currently based in ABU DHABI
Clear strength as a Planning Engineer for a reputable Main Contractors
Engage with NSR Associates with the right communication skills throughout the entire hiring process
P6 Software Experience

What the client expects:

4 Years Minimum as a Planner in the UAE
Must be degree Educated
Understand its a 6 day working week based on site
Good communication skills
