Job Description

Assist in preparing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in CMMS to ensure timely upkeep of plant and equipment. Input, update, and validate work orders, labor hours, and material costs in CMMS for accurate reporting and tracking. Collect, compile, and correlate data from various sources to generate periodic reports for the Supervisor Planner and management review. Maintain accurate records of equipment assets, maintenance history, and any updates such as new installations or disposals in the CMMS system. Extract and organize technical data from Operation & Maintenance manuals to prepare draft maintenance checklists. Coordinate with internal teams for receipt, filing, and distribution of Operations & Maintenance manuals. Monitor and track work progress, flagging any delays or variances in schedules to the Supervisor Planner. Support in reviewing maintenance backlog and resource requirements to help optimize planning. Prepare draft reports, charts, and dashboards to provide visibility on maintenance performance and resource utilization. * Provide administrative and technical support to the Planning Section and assist in process improvement initiatives as directed by the Supervisor Planner.
