Job Description

Principal functions:
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department the selection of suppliers (quotes, comparative table.
  • Coordinate the departure, arrival, and reception of imported products, as well as enter the products into the system.
  • Supervise and monitor the stock of products.
  • Plan and control distribution and transportation.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of operations to reduce time and costs.
  • Verification of documentation for each shipment or load of merchandise.
  • Negotiation with transport providers and logistics operators.
  • Manage and supervise customs documentation.
  • Coordinate the release of customs facilities and the receipt of merchandise.

Job Requirements:

Graduated in Business Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade and/or Foreign Trade.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in the area of purchases, logistics, and imports.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Intermediate English languages.
