Job Description
:
Principal functions:
- Coordinate with the purchasing department the selection of suppliers (quotes, comparative table.
- Coordinate the departure, arrival, and reception of imported products, as well as enter the products into the system.
- Supervise and monitor the stock of products.
- Plan and control distribution and transportation.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of operations to reduce time and costs.
- Verification of documentation for each shipment or load of merchandise.
- Negotiation with transport providers and logistics operators.
- Manage and supervise customs documentation.
- Coordinate the release of customs facilities and the receipt of merchandise.
Job Requirements:
Graduated in Business Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade and/or Foreign Trade.- Minimum experience of 3 years in the area of purchases, logistics, and imports.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Intermediate English languages.
