to join our professional team. The Placing Boom Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the placing boom equipment to ensure efficient and accurate concrete distribution at job sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to all safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate the placing boom to deliver concrete according to project requirements and specifications.
Set up, inspect, and maintain placing boom equipment prior to and during operation.
Coordinate closely with the concrete pump operator, site supervisors, and other crew members to ensure smooth and continuous concrete placement.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any equipment deficiencies or safety concerns.
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and job site protocols.
Assist in the setup, relocation, and dismantling of placing booms as required by the project.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations and communicate effectively with project management teams.
