Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based out of our Atlanta, GA office: Placement Specialist- Property We will count on you to: Provide support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans. Ensure customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Resolve and oversee customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products. Assess risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to help develop placement solutions that meet client needs. Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service. Document all activities in the system to ensure timely follow up by client, carriers and client team. Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers based upon the 'assist, advise, and assume' transaction model. Improve relationships with carriers, underwriters and client team to provide cohesive client service. Forecast and confers a basic understanding of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and informs client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage.
