To ensure the seamless execution of medical insurance placement processes by coordinating with insurers, clients, and internal teams, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of services. The role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Quotation & Placement Support
Liaise with medical insurers and TPAs to obtain competitive quotes for group and individual medical insurance.
Analyze and compare proposals based on benefits, exclusions, pricing, and underwriting conditions.
Coordinate placement processes including quote negotiation, policy binding, and issuance.
2. Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify documentation from clients (e.g., census data, medical declarations, trade licenses).
Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to insurers for underwriting.
Maintain compliance with UAE insurance regulations, including DHA, HAAD, and Central Bank of UAE requirements.
3. Client Coordination
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding placement queries, policy terms, and onboarding procedures.
Provide support during client onboarding and ensure smooth policy issuance and delivery.
Address client queries related to insurer requirements or procedural updates.
4. System & Data Management
Maintain accurate records of quotations, placements, and correspondence in internal systems.
Prepare placement trackers, MIS reports, and renewal calendars.
Update CRM and internal databases regularly with client and insurer details.
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with the Sales, Underwriting, and Claims teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Support the account management team in policy renewals and endorsements.
