We are hiring a passionate and skilled Pizza Senior CDP to lead our pizza station. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in dough preparation, baking techniques, and is confident in managing high-volume service while maintaining top-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Take full ownership of the pizza section, from dough prep to final plating.
xc2xb7 Prepare hand-stretched, stone-baked pizzas with precision and consistency.
xc2xb7 Ensure toppings are fresh, portioned accurately, and presented well.
xc2xb7 Maintain and monitor proper proofing, stretching, and baking techniques.
xc2xb7 Train and guide junior kitchen staff within the pizza section.
xc2xb7 Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and HACCP compliance at all times.
xc2xb7 Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for service coordination.
xc2xb7 Participate in new pizza concept testing and seasonal menu updates.
Requirements
xc2xb7 Minimum 34 years of experience in a professional pizza kitchen.
xc2xb7 High School or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
xc2xb7 HACCP Certified strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
xc2xb7 Skilled in dough handling, oven operation, and Italian pizza techniques.
xc2xb7 Fast, efficient, and able to maintain quality during peak hours.
xc2xb7 Team-oriented, with good leadership and communication skills.
xc2xb7 Passionate about authentic pizza and culinary creativity.
