We are looking for a talented
Chef de Partie
to handle both
Hot & Cold Kitchen
operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, presentation, and consistency, ensuring every dish meets our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes for both
hot and cold sections
according to recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency, freshness, and visual appeal in all menu items.
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants in daily operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
Manage mise en place efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy operations.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning, specials, and improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Chef de Partie
or
Demi Chef de Partie
in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or catering setup.
Strong knowledge of hot and cold food preparation techniques.
Excellent understanding of hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
