About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Assistant Manager

to support daily operations at our fast-growing pizza restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on restaurant experience, and a customer-first mindset. You will assist in maintaining operational excellence, training staff, and ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations (dine-in, takeaway, and delivery). Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Support cost control, cash handling, and daily sales reporting. Maintain compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations. Step in to lead the team during peak hours or manager's absence.

Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a restaurant supervisory or assistant management role (pizza/QSR experience preferred). Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team. Basic understanding of inventory control and POS systems. Valid Food Safety or PIC certification (or willingness to obtain). Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
