Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead and inspire the team to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service. Drive sales and profitability by actively promoting the restaurant and engaging with customers. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for continued success. Contribute to the growth and expansion of Pho City in the region.

Key Requirements:

? Bilingual - fluent in both English and Vietnamese to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

? Decisive and action-oriented - able to make quick, effective decisions and take initiative.
? Driven and competitive - always striving to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
? Control-oriented - ensures procedures and standards are followed consistently.
? Strong-willed - confidently leads the team and handles challenges.
? Active on social media - active on digital platforms and experienced in engaging with online communities.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills - clear and effective in all interactions.
? Good computational skills - comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis.
? A qualification in relevant fields (hospitality, business, or related) is an advantage.
