We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pizza & Pasta Chef with Italian Cuisine Experienceto join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a rich background as a Pizzaiolo and be adept in the art of pizza making, from dough preparation to wood-fired oven baking.

Experienced pizza chef adept at crafting delectable pizzas with precision and creativity. Proficient in dough preparation, sauce creation, and expertly selecting and combining toppings.

Possesses a deep understanding of various pizza styles, from traditional to innovative, and maintains a keen eye for detail in presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to our traditional recipes and standards. Manage a section within the kitchen with the utmost professionalism. Sandwich Making Pasta Preparation Supervise and train junior staff in pizza preparation and cooking techniques. Ensure that all ingredients are of the highest quality and freshness. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen section, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service. Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and recipes. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
