Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to standard recipes and customer preferences, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, stretch, and shape pizza dough to desired size and thickness. Add toppings, sauces, and cheese according to recipes or customer requests. Cook pizzas using ovens, grills, or wood-fired methods to ensure proper taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, utensils, and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages to management. Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Assist in training new kitchen staff if required. Provide excellent customer service when dealing directly with guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Maker, Cook, or similar role. Knowledge of different pizza styles (thin crust, Neapolitan, wood-fired, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Culinary training or certification is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,100.00 per month
