This Job offer is for experienced pizza chef / pizzaiolo / pizzaiola (male or femle) We have remaining x1 position in new opening business bay pizzeria. I am currently looking to recruit below positions with some vibrant characters: Ideal candidate - Experienced Pizza Chef (minimum 3 years of experience with traditional neapolitan style pizza, wood fired oven - preferably Italian (but not essentially) national) Technical dough preperation knowledge
High hydration dough skills 75% +
Knowledge about various pizza styles and fermentation methods
available to join immediately
preferably located in UAE
