Wood is currently looking for a Piping Construction Work Pack Engineer to strengthen our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Compilation of Piping discipline construction work packs
Input to hydro-test work packs
HSE input to construction work packs
Provide constructability input into engineering design
Provision of construction input to work packs to ensure a quality deliverable is produced
Assure constructability aspects of design
Shall have worked as a construction engineer or supervisor on onshore brownfield modifications work
Shall be proficient in taking engineering design deliverables and developing the necessary construction input into a work pack, including preparation of job cards, HSE review/documentation and hydro-test input
Knowledge of, and experience in using WPS system a distinct advantage
Proficient in the use of Navisworks and Microsoft Office
Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction work pack development in an O&G environment
Time served with relevant experience or ONC / HNC or equivalent
Ability to work unsupervised
Fluent spoken and written English
