Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for Piping Construction Work Pack Engineer to strengthen our team in Dubai.
Basic Functions
- Compilation of construction work packs.
- HSE input to construction workpacks.
- Provision of construction input to workpacks to ensure a quality deliverable is produced
- Assure constructability aspects of design
- Shall have worked as a construction engineer or supervisor on onshore brownfield modifications work.
- Shall be proficient in taking engineering design deliverables and developing the necessary construction input into a workpack, including preparation of job cards, HSE revue/documentation and hydro-test input.
- Knowledge of, and experience in using WPS system a distinct advantage.
- Proficient in the use of Navisworks and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Must be conversant with WPS system or similar.
Minimum Qualifications
- Time served with relevant experience or ONC / HNC or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years experience
