: Read and interpret engineering drawings, isometric sketches, and fabrication plans.
Pipe Preparation
:
Measure, cut, bevel, and thread pipes using manual and powered tools.
Select appropriate pipe grades and schedules (e.g., ASTM A106 Gr B, SCH 40/80).
Assembly & Welding
:
Fit and tack weld pipe spools and supports.
Quality Control
:
Inspect joints, welds, and assemblies for defects.
Conduct hydrostatic or pneumatic testing as required.
Safety & Compliance
:
Follow site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
