to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5 years of proven experience in piling works within the GCC
, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to project execution and problem-solving. A valid UAE driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage piling works on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality control checks for piling activities.
Prepare technical reports, method statements, and risk assessments related to piling operations.
Monitor and evaluate pile driving equipment and techniques to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Review and interpret geotechnical data, drawings, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety procedures, and company standards.
Provide technical support during project planning and execution phases.
Supervise piling crews and provide guidance on technical and operational matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in
piling operations within the GCC
.
Proven track record working with various piling techniques (bored piles, driven piles, CFA, etc.).
Valid
UAE driving license
(Abu Dhabi).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, geotechnical principles, and local regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with reputable piling or foundation contractors in the UAE.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant authority approvals and procedures.
Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.
