Job Title: Pilates & Aerobics Coach (Female)Job Objective:

To deliver professional Pilates and Aerobics sessions aimed at improving clients' physical fitness, flexibility, endurance, and overall well-being in a safe, engaging, and motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead group or individual

Pilates and Aerobics

sessions suitable for different fitness levels. Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, posture, and breathing to ensure safety and effectiveness. Use relevant equipment such as mats, reformers, fitness steps, resistance bands, and music systems appropriately. Monitor clients' performance, provide feedback, and adapt sessions as needed to meet individual goals. Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere during classes to boost client engagement and retention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols. Stay up to date with trends and developments in both Pilates and Aerobics training. Work collaboratively with other team members and staff as needed.

instruction from a recognized organization Minimum of 1 year experience in teaching both Pilates and Aerobics Good understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and injury prevention High energy, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with clients of different ages and fitness levels Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and time management

Working Hours:

Full-time position

Schedule may include morning and/or evening sessions depending on client demand
