Welcome to G4S! We are looking for a Picker for our Facility Management business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are effectively displayed and stocked in retail environments to maximize sales, helping with marketing and customer care efforts!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Locate items using bin codes and verify details to ensure 100% order accuracy.
Scan items to update inventory records and perform quality checks (e.g., no damage, correct expiration date).
Immediately report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
Organize and stage picked items into totes or trolleys for transfer to the Packing/Sortation area.
Ensure orders are completed by dispatch cut-off times and maintain 5S cleanliness standards in the work aisles.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Education/Experience: High School Diploma preferred;
0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or retail environment;
RF scanner experience is a plus.-
Skills: Basic English proficiency, ability to stand for extended periods (10-12 hours), and capacity to lift up to 15 kg.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
