Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
PICKER AND PACKER HELPERS (WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE ONLY) to join our dynamic Automotive Spare Parts team in Dubai Industrial City. If you are looking to kick-start your career in a vibrant industry, this role is for you!RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery to customers.
Label packages with the correct shipping information and prepare them for dispatch.
Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or missing items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing areas.
Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and replenishment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily and weekly targets.
Loading / Offloading of vehicle and containers.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred
Knowledge of RF device usage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand, lift, and move items for extended periods.
Basic math and organizational skills.
No any previous medical condition proof Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
