We are looking for a strong person with PIC and working in a

school canteen.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented

Person in Charge (PIC)

to oversee daily canteen operations with a strong focus on food hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HACCP principles, ensure full compliance with food safety policies, and be able to guide and train the team to maintain strict hygiene practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for food safety and hygiene standards in the school canteen. Ensure daily compliance with HACCP procedures, temperature monitoring, cleaning schedules, and record-keeping. Train and supervise staff on hygiene practices and safe food handling. Conduct regular checks on food storage, preparation, and service areas. Report and resolve any food safety issues promptly. Liaise with management, school representatives, and food inspectors when required. Support smooth day-to-day canteen operations.

Requirements:

Certified

Person in Charge (PIC) - Food Safety

(Level 3 or equivalent). Strong knowledge of HACCP systems and Dubai Municipality food safety regulations. Previous experience in a supervisory or PIC role within catering, hospitality, or food service. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain high standards under pressure and during busy service hours.
