Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history.
Provide physiotherapy treatments in patients' homes, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, pain management, and mobility training.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to aid recovery and prevent further injury.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Ensure infection control and safety practices are adhered to in all home visits.
Offer emotional support and motivation to patients during the rehabilitation process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
CPR and First Aid certification (if required).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
