Treatment:
Use exercises, stretches, and manual therapy to improve movement.
Apply techniques like:
Electrotherapy
Ultrasound therapy
Heat/cold therapy
Dry needling
Teach patients how to prevent injuries and maintain health.
Patient Education:
Explain exercises that patients should do at home.
Offer advice on posture, lifestyle changes, and ergonomics.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain detailed patient records.
