Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our home healthcare team in Dubai. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance overall physical function.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including their mobility, strength, posture, and pain levels. Review medical histories and collaborate with other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive care plan.

Treatment Planning:

Develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. Set realistic rehabilitation goals and discuss them with the patient and their family.

Therapeutic Interventions:

Administer appropriate physical therapy treatments such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other techniques to reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve physical function.

Patient Education:

Educate patients and their families on proper posture, body mechanics, and exercises to improve physical health and prevent future injuries. Provide guidance on the use of assistive devices, when necessary.

Progress Monitoring:

Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, doctors, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive treatment.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to medical standards and regulations, including maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate documentation of all treatments provided.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

Licensing:

Valid physiotherapy license issued by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or eligibility to obtain one.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home healthcare setting, with a focus on musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, manual therapy, and exercise prescriptions. Ability to assess and treat a variety of conditions such as stroke, orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, respiratory conditions, and more.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex medical information to patients and their families in a simple and compassionate manner.

Soft Skills:

Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Languages:

Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and assist patients when necessary and be comfortable working in patients' homes, which may involve travel within the Dubai area.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
