Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced

DOH-licensed Physiotherapist

to join our multidisciplinary team at a One-Day Surgery Centre in Shakhbout. The candidate will provide pre-operative and post-operative physiotherapy care to patients undergoing day surgeries, with a focus on enhancing recovery and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients before and after minor surgical procedures to develop and implement appropriate physiotherapy plans. Provide manual therapy, mobility training, and rehabilitation exercises. Guide patients on post-operative care, recovery exercises, and injury prevention. Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes as per DOH standards. Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions. Contribute to patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.

Valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) license

- mandatory. Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a surgical or rehabilitation setting. Familiarity with post-operative care for orthopedic, gynecological, or general surgeries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Preferred:

Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage. Experience in a one-day surgery or outpatient care center. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
