We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner with a valid HAAD license and a minimum of two years of experience to work as a Project Manager for holistic healthcare and physical readiness project. The role involves leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, including dietitians, physiotherapists, sports scientists, and psychologists, to deliver integrated and patient-centered services.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee holistic healthcare and physical readiness projects from initiation to completion Lead, coordinate, and supervise multidisciplinary teams Ensure project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Monitor performance, analyze data, and address operational and clinical challenges Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior management. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and health outcomes

Requirements:

Emirati national

Medical degree with a valid HAAD license Minimum of two years of relevant experience Ability to commute within Ajman, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and Liwa Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interest in holistic healthcare, health promotion, and wellbeing
