About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced

PHP & Laravel and WordPress Developer

to join our development team. You will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and enhancing a variety of web applications and websites, ranging from custom Laravel-based solutions to dynamic WordPress platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development skills, an excellent understanding of modern PHP development practices, and a solid grasp of WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Web Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

WordPress Development:

Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and security.

API Development:

Build and consume RESTful APIs using Laravel for integration with various systems and third-party services.

Database Management:

Work with MySQL/MariaDB to design efficient schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data effectively.

Frontend Integration:

Collaborate with front-end developers (or handle it yourself if full-stack is also implied for this role) to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Code Quality & Best Practices:

Write clean, well-documented, testable, and efficient code, adhering to PSR standards and Laravel/WordPress best practices.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing applications and websites.

Version Control:

Utilize Git for source code management and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
