Job Description
KRUSH Brands is looking for awesome, high-energy content and graphic creator to join its growing digital and creative team. Are you a professionally trained graphic designer? Are you smart, dynamic, thoughtful, empathetic, and technically proficient in all areas of graphic design? Also, know photography? Other cool stuff?

- Ideation of innovative and out-of-the-box creative solutions including new concepts, activation ideas, and digital rich media in line with the latest marketing and design techniques.
- Create complex graphics, animations, and illustrations using independent judgment and creativity.
- Assist in the development of food and beverage brand guidelines to set the foundational brand standards and expectations for all creative execution.
- Create Menu and Social Media photography, videography, complex graphics, animations, and illustrations using independent judgment and creativity.
- Develop new and creative highly engaging content which highlights relevant and trending topics for each brand to ensure growth on Instagram & TIKTOK.
- Advise on the production process of creative solutions, including production specifications, reviewing the material to maintain a high-quality assurance.
- Work closely with the brand managers to ensure brand alignment and creative consistency on all artworks.
- Performs other miscellaneous support functions as required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in established advertising/branding agencies or in-house team.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A clear communicator – the ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with the internal team.
- Must be a creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content to build awareness.
- Ability to single-handedly execute creative work independently.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Experience taking projects from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Expert in computer graphics software for the development of all art, photo, video, and layout designs.
