We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Photographer/Videographer with a strong background in real estate to join our creative team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to capture and produce stunning photo and video content of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the technical skills to create content that enhances marketing efforts across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-resolution photographs and cinematic video tours of properties, emphasizing key features and unique selling points. Edit and enhance visual content to align with brand standards and marketing goals. Create engaging media for social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute visual content strategies. Maintain and manage your own professional photography and videography equipment. Stay current on real estate media trends, technologies, and techniques. Ensure all visual content reflects the company's brand image and presents properties accurately.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional photography and videography experience, ideally within the real estate sector. Ownership of professional-grade equipment, including camera, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear. Strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography and videography work. Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Keen eye for composition, detail, and lighting. Ability to work independently, manage multiple shoots, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
